Ephod Communications Limited, founded since 2012, is an indigenous sofware and hardware development company, involved in ICT Consultancy Services, Training, Research & Innovation with aim to serve key sectors in addressing perennial and emerging challenges using cutting edge and emerging technology solutions. We have two prime oices located in Abuja and Jos, and five technical virtual enterprise presence in United States, China, India, Ukraine and UAE for the purpose of our
hardware manufacturing and Data Centre Infrastructure. Our work force is made up of highly innovative and experienced professionals.

From the stables of Ephod Communications Limited comes another delightful product for Agribusiness management, we give you Farmerlizer.

Farmerlizer is an online platform that brings farmers, buyers and all key players in the agric-value chain together. It’s a software application that enforces transparency, builds trust and synergizes all value chain actors in the agriculture sector as it bridges the gap that exist between all players. The farmer can be engaged by those in need of his/her farm produce in a seamless and automated process so that transactions are performed even when the farmer is asleep or at his/her comfort zone without necessarily having to meet face to face with the off-taker, or final consumer.

The app has a secured payment gateway that allows seamless payment among stakeholders (Farmers, Input providers, Transporters, Processors, Financial Institutions, Technical team and Off-takers/final consumer) for services rendered. This has brought ease in doing business and the risk of robbery and cash theft is drastically reduced as cash handling is now eliminated.

We have been working closely with Wedurat Organic Farmers Cluster Plateau State Chapter (a cooperative with over 30,000 members cut across 6 states of Nigeria and counting and with over 1700 farmers already onboard the Farmerlizer platform), The Dutch Government, Organic Market (Dubai, UAE), Ojoto Rice (Anambra State) and AgroTek VCA (Edo State) since 2019 Q3 and Q4 to date. With aim to continually provide groundbreaking solutions to new challenges to be experienced by farmers and indeed all key players in the agricultural value chain.
